Supply Management International LLC (SMI) was founded in 2003 to answer a need for “hands-on” and focused Global Supply Chain and Sustainability services. The need for intelligent and comprehensive supply chain management services was apparent by the number of suppliers seeking help in creating world-class supply chain organizations. Conventional Consulting groups could not fulfill that goal as they needed people on the ground, working with their staff, training, and creating the necessary tools to become more efficient.
SMI was founded by global supply chain executives that had actual experience in leading operations for multinational corporations around the world, understanding the holistic strategic and tactical steps that takes performance to the next level. It is our intention to work with every client on the performance indicators that drive their business and leave them with the tools and trained staff to continue to achieve even greater performance with their own staff and business tools.
